TRUE FICTION have specialised in making documentary films and animated documentaries, and we are passionate about strong stories based in real life.

 

We make documentaries and short films for an audience who are curious about life, our society and the time we live in. We are an independent production company, and our size gives us the freedom, flexibility  and opportunity to tell the stories we believe in.

 

TRUE FICTION was established in 1997. Cecilie Bjørnaraa is educated in documentary filmmaking and television journalism at Volda University College, and has a background in media studies, literature and anthropology from the University of Oslo.

TRUE FICTION also make films on assignment, offering video solutions designed uniquely for your communication needs. We also rent out equipment, camera and digital video editing. Please contact us about your project. We are located in central Oslo.
